Libby Card Refresh
On May 22nd when all Ocean State Libraries switch to Koha/Aspen, Libby will have to have a card refresh. The first time you try to borrow an item or place a hold in the app, you will have to reenter your card number and PIN. You will only have to do this once. All PINs will be reset (on May 22nd) to the last four digits of the phone number we have on file for you.
